Sometimes the AI makes mistakes, it’s not human after all. If you are doing large volumes of text and don’t want to edit all the posts yourself, you can order human revisions of the text.\u00a0 With just a few clicks you can request proofreading by a professional human editor.<\/p>\n

This article will show you how.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Navigate to your list of articles.<\/h2>\n

Click “My Articles” in the menu to the left or follow this link to your list of articles<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Select the article(s) you want to have improved<\/h2>\n

Click the selection box to the right.<\/p>\n

If the articles are inside of a batch project, first click on the project and then the selection box.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Click “Order human edits”<\/h2>\n

If you are using a different language than English, this button will be called something else. It will be located at the same place, to the left.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

Step 4: Add instructions for the editor<\/h2>\n

You will be presented with an instruction field. In this field, you can add extra instructions for the editor.<\/p>\n

If you don’t add anything, the editor will be given these instructions:\n

“This is a text written by an AI. It is your job to proofread it. Check for weird sentences.<\/em><\/p>\n

If the language is not English, especially look for sentences that sound like direct translations of English. “<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

Write the instructions in English<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The proofreader is native to the language but the project managers and the quality assurance team might not be. So it’s best to write in a language that everybody at Topcontent understands – and that’s English.<\/p>\n
