When working with large sets of data, articles in our case, spreadsheets are the preferred tool.<\/p>\n

If you need a large number of articles, the fastest way is to use CSV imports. With this function, you can prepare all the articles in a spreadsheet and import them to Topcontent\/AI.<\/p>\n

Here’s how:<\/h2>\n

  1. On the Batch Generator<\/a> page, click “Or upload a bulk file as .csv”. This will open a new area below.<\/li>\n
  2. Download the CSV template and fill it out with the details of your order. Remember to save the file locally.<\/li>\n
  3. When it’s ready, click “Choose file” and select your file.<\/li>\n
  4. Click “Upload file”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You will now see a summary of what’s been uploaded. Adjust the article settings if necessary and click Generate.<\/p>\n

    1. Changing the project input method (keywords, titles or titles+subheadings) will change the download link for the template. The template is slightly different for each project input type, so it’s important that you select this first.<\/li>\n
