How does it work?

  2. Place and manage content orders with your monthly credit in our Self-Service system in any of the 15+ languages we support (prices per language and level in here).
  3. Enjoy additional services and benefits.

Services included

Free onboarding

When you sign up, one of our content experts will walk you through the system and process to get you started. This way we ensure everything is clear and you get the full advantage of using our content ordering system.

Content Manager Service

Do you have limited time to set up content orders? Or isn’t creating up structures and writing up detailed instructions your thing? If the answer is yes, our Content Manager Service is just for you. One of our content experts can help and support you in creating, setting up and sending content orders. Each subscription package includes a certain amount of Content Manager Service hours per month, but when needed our Content Managers are there to support you more at an hourly rate.

Dedicated Key Account Manager

Dedicated Key Account Manager will be there for you whenever needed to discuss your content needs and keep you informed and updated about our services.

New language request

Do you need content in a language we currently don’t offer? Let us know and we will make this happen for you! 

Dedicated Developer for integration

Do you want to have the ready content created by our team of content writers sent directly to your Content Management System? We will pair you with one of our developers, who will arrange the setup, connect your CMS with our content delivery system and help with all the technical details. 

Top-Up Bonus

We want to make sure you get all the content you need, and therefore offer a Top-Up Bonus for all our subscribed clients. This means that on top of your monthly payment you receive an extra credit to order content. Read more about how the Top-Up Bonus works from here.
